What you share with us

Our “Plan a gift” form asks for your occasion, delivery city, quantity, budget per gift, preferred timing, name and WhatsApp number. Your WhatsApp number is required so we can respond. Google Forms also records when you submit your response.

The homepage enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp draft using your name, occasion, quantity and any budget, requested date or notes you enter. Product and shortlist enquiries include the pieces you choose. When you send a message, we also receive the contact and profile information WhatsApp makes available to us, together with anything you share in the conversation.

We use these details to understand your request, suggest suitable gifts, discuss availability, prices and delivery, and respond to you. You can browse the collection without submitting an enquiry. The website does not have an online checkout or collect card details.

Where your enquiry goes

Plan a gift: this page embeds Google Forms. Submitted responses are stored in the brand’s Google Form and connected private Google Sheet so Chirping Nest can review and respond to your enquiry. Responses are not displayed publicly on the website.

WhatsApp enquiries: continuing from the homepage form or an enquiry button opens WhatsApp with a prepared draft. The draft text is passed to WhatsApp when you open that link; Chirping Nest receives the message only when you tap Send. You can edit the draft first.

Saved preferences & cookies

The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember saved product IDs in your shortlist and your motion preference. These remain on that browser; saving a piece does not send an enquiry. You can remove saved pieces individually or clear the site’s data in your browser settings. Clearing site data also resets your motion preference.

We have not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics tool to the website. The embedded Google Form is a third-party service: loading it can send technical information to Google, and Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. Your browser settings can control cookies, though blocking them may affect the form.

Services used by the website

Google provides the enquiry form and response storage; WhatsApp provides messaging. Their handling of information is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy. These providers may process information outside India.

Our website hosting services may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser details and access time, to deliver and protect the site. If you follow links to Instagram, Google Maps or another website, that service’s privacy policy applies there.

Keeping your information

Enquiries remain in our business form records and conversations to help us respond and follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete your enquiry using the contact details below. Some information may need to be kept where required by law or to resolve an outstanding order or dispute. Copies held by service providers are subject to their own retention practices.

The response Sheet is private, and the website uses HTTPS. No online service can guarantee complete security, so please do not include passwords, payment card details or identity documents in the enquiry form.

Your choices & questions

Contact Chirping Nest to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, withdraw your enquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you about it. We may ask for enough information to identify your enquiry before acting on a request. If you withdraw information needed to help with your gift, we may be unable to continue that enquiry.
